Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or a bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a travel or airline environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with computers, including MS Office, web browsers, and customer‑service platforms.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by arenaflex’s global operations.

Preferred Qualifications
