Key Responsibilities Edit high volumes of event images with speed, precision, and consistency, maintaining color accuracy and emotional resonance. Apply advanced photo editing techniques using tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One. Collaborate with photographers and creative teams to understand shoot objectives and maintain visual consistency across projects. Ensure timely delivery of edited galleries for press releases, digital campaigns, social media, and client platforms. Crop, retouch, and enhance photos to meet diverse platform specifications (e.g., websites, mobile, print). Maintain an organized digital archive of images using file-naming conventions and metadata tagging. Adapt editing styles based on brand tone, project goals, and visual direction provided by creative leads. Participate in regular feedback sessions and contribute proactively to quality improvements. Tools and Technology As a Remote Event Photo Editor, you’ll be immersed in a fast-paced digital environment, leveraging industry-standard tools: Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Lightroom and Photoshop Capture One for raw photo processing Frame.io and Dropbox for team collaboration and file delivery AI-enhanced editing tools for batch retouching and facial recognition tagging Cloud-based DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems for media storage and indexing Wacom tablets or touch-based input devices (if preferred) Our team utilizes these tools to expedite delivery times without compromising creative quality.
