About the position

Art of Drawers is looking for an enthusiastic, kitchen-obsessed sales professional to join our team. Do you love beautiful, functional kitchens? Do you get excited talking about organization, storage, and design solutions? This could be the perfect opportunity to turn that passion into serious income. Our Designers help homeowners solve everyday frustrations — cluttered cabinets, wasted space, outdated kitchens — through custom pull-out drawers, cabinet refacing, and lighting solutions. We'll teach you the sales process, the product knowledge, and the tools. You bring the personality, the work ethic, and a love for great design. You don't need years of closing experience. Design enthusiasts, kitchen/home decor lovers, or anyone who's ever redone a Pinterest board for their own kitchen. Self-motivated people looking for a flexible, high-upside income opportunity. Anyone with some customer-facing experience and strong communication skills who's ready to learn a new trade.

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
