SUMMARY & OBJECTIVE

We are a U.S.-based Healthcare & Telehealth SaaS platform seeking a senior, hands-on Financial Modeler and VC Fundraising Specialist to build an investor-ready fundraising package (Financial Model, Headcount Plan, Valuation, Teaser, and Pitch Deck).

We are NOT a pre-product idea or napkin-stage startup. Our core technology platform and R&D/MVP phase are complete. We have over a year of real-world operating history, live revenue, customer data, and proven unit economics powering white-label telemedicine storefronts (specifically in the GLP-1 weight-management and telehealth sector).

We are actively preparing for our U.S. Angel / Seed / Series A VC fundraising round. The capital raised will be used primarily to recruit key core talent, execute our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and scale operations.

We do NOT need general consultation, coaching, or verbal advice. We need a hands-on execution specialist who can take our raw operating data, AI-structured draft frameworks, and hiring outline to deliver polished, investor-ready materials.

---

SCOPE OF WORK & KEY DELIVERABLES

1. Headcount Planning, Salary Benchmarking & Capital Allocation (Use of Funds)

• Conduct U.S. market salary benchmarking for ~10 key upcoming strategic hires (e.g., Technical Leads, Clinical/Operations Leads, Growth Managers).

• Model full payroll overhead (base salary, benefits, payroll taxes, talent acquisition costs).

• Structure a clear "Use of Funds" framework and calculate our required Runway (18–24 months) and total ask for this fundraising round.

2. Dynamic Financial Model & Valuation Framework

• Build a robust, dynamic 3-to-5-year Financial Model in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Structure core Post-MVP revenue assumptions: SaaS subscription fees, transaction/telehealth volume, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and churn rates.

• Define operating expenses (OpEx), P&L, Cash Flow statement, Balance Sheet, and monthly Burn Rate projections.

• Develop a supportable Pre-Money and Post-Money Valuation Framework using market comps, DCF, and precedent transactions tailored to U.S. VC standards.

3. Investor Teaser & Pitch Deck Overhaul (Equity Storytelling)

• Rewrite and restructure our 1-2 page Investor Teaser into a high-converting VC hook.

• Overhaul and rewrite our 12-15 slide Investor Pitch Deck to turn technical achievements and operational data into a compelling VC narrative.

• Ensure complete data consistency across the Financial Model, Use of Funds, Headcount Plan, Teaser, and Pitch Deck.

• Identify potential gaps, unsupported assumptions, or investor red flags before we go to market.

---

WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR

To save everyone time, please DO NOT apply if you are:

❌ A general business coach or startup advisor who only offers strategy calls or verbal recommendations.

❌ A pitch deck graphic designer who cannot build dynamic financial models or understand SaaS/healthcare unit economics.

❌ A freelancer who expects our internal team to execute the financial modeling or copywriting.

❌ A traditional accountant/bookkeeper focused only on historical tax compliance and bookkeeping.

---

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND

• Proven experience in U.S. Startup Fundraising, Venture Capital (VC), Angel Investment, or Investment Banking.

• Expertise in Healthcare, Telehealth, SaaS, B2B/B2C Subscription Models, or GLP-1/wellness businesses.

• Strong analytical capabilities in Headcount Modeling, Salary Benchmarking, and Startup Financial Forecasts (Fractional CFO, Startup Finance Consultant, or VC Analyst background).

---

SUGGESTED PROJECT MILESTONES (Fixed-Price)

• Milestone 1: Headcount Planning (~10 roles benchmarking), 3-5 Year Dynamic Financial Model & Valuation Framework

• Milestone 2: Rewritten & Polished Investor Teaser (1-2 pages)

• Milestone 3: Complete Investor Pitch Deck Overhaul (Content, Use of Funds Alignment & VC Narrative)

• Milestone 4: Final Alignment, Stress-Testing & Q&A Readiness Review

---

HOW TO APPLY

Please include the following in your proposal:

1. Samples of actual deliverables (Financial Models, Headcount/Use of Funds plans, Pitch Decks) you personally created/wrote for U.S. startups raising VC capital (Redacted/sanitized versions are completely accepted).

2. A brief summary of your specific role in those projects (Did you build the financial model yourself? Did you write the pitch deck copy?).

3. Any specific experience you have with Healthcare, Telehealth, SaaS, or Multi-sided Platform business models.

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
