Key Responsibilities

In this hybrid role, you’ll blend traditional virtual assistant duties with community‑management tasks to support arenaflex’s clients and internal teams. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:

  • Calendar & Appointment Management – Coordinate meetings, schedule recurring events, and send timely reminders to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Email & Communication Handling – Sort, prioritize, and respond to email inquiries; draft professional correspondence; and flag urgent messages for follow‑up.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping – Input information into spreadsheets, CRM systems, and project management tools; maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
  • Document & Presentation Preparation – Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and PowerPoint decks; proofread for clarity and consistency.
  • Customer Support & Community Moderation – Monitor digital forums, social media groups, and chat channels; respond to user questions, enforce community guidelines, and provide real‑time assistance.
  • Research & Information Gathering – Conduct quick research on industry trends, product features, or competitor activities; synthesize findings into concise briefs.
  • Task & Project Coordination – Track project milestones, update status dashboards, and communicate progress to relevant parties.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reputed company Workspace.
  • Experience with email management tools (Outlook, Gmail) and calendar applications.
