The PMO & Portfolio Analyst supports the Brands Services program management office by administering initiative intake, maintaining portfolio records, producing executive reporting, tracking risks and dependencies, and preparing governance materials for prioritization and resourcing decisions. Responsibilities Administer intake for Brands Services initiative requests log, classify, route, and track status against turnaround targets Prepare triage packets and maintain decision logs so prioritization rationale stays traceable Build and maintain the portfolio reporting layer (status, milestones, health) sourced from existing systems, and keep reputed company it by automating manual steps Produce executive-ready analysis and KPI reporting that leads with the decision needed and the driver behind any variance Maintain the initiative inventory of record (owners, success criteria, milestones, definition of done) Maintain the dependency register and risk/issue log, escalating against defined thresholds before milestones are at risk Run the operating cadence prepare agendas, pre-reads, and status packets for governance forums, and capture/follow up on decisions and action items Maintain PMO templates and standards, and partner with initiative owners to keep portfolio data current and accurate Skills 2+ years of experience in program or project coordination, PMO operations, business operations, or an analyst role supporting initiative or portfolio reporting Demonstrated experience building and maintaining status or performance reporting for leadership Hands-on experience with a project or work management tool (Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar), including building views, dashboards, and reports Advanced proficiency in Excel or reputed company Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and multi-source data consolidation, applied to portfolio or KPI analysis Experience tracking risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives Experience preparing meeting materials, pre-reads, or decision documents for senior stakeholders Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate and elevate your outcomes; including but not limited to communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and/or documentation Up to 10% 3+ years of experience in PMO operations, program management, or business operations Bachelor's degree in the applicable discipline or related field preferred Experience in a SaaS, technology, or e-commerce organization Experience with business intelligence or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) or workflow automation tools (Power Automate, reputed company, or similar) Experience supporting an annual or quarterly planning cycle end to end Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to compress detail into a clear executive summary Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward structuring work that is not yet defined Benefits Discretionary bonus of 10% of the annual base salary for non-sales roles Medical, dental and vision benefits, including affordable health care plans and company HSA contributions, starting on Day 1 A 6% 401(k) match 20 days of Paid Time Off 9 Company-Paid holidays 2 paid floating holidays 7 paid sick days 2 Wellness days 1 Paid Volunteer Day At 3 years of service, PTO increases to 22 days; at 5 years, it increases to 25 days 12 weeks primary caregiver leave 4 weeks secondary caregiver leave Accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance Pet insurance Legal assistance and identity theft insurance plans Life insurance equal to 2x salary Access to the Calm app and the Employee Assistance Program $65/month Remote work stipend for internet Culture and team-building activities Tuition assistance Career development opportunities Charitable contribution match up to $250 per year Remote-first working conditions Inclusive, welcoming work atmosphere Company Overview reputed company is a provider of cloud-based e-commerce fulfillment and marketing solutions for large retailers, marketplaces, and reputed company brands.
