Key Responsibilities

  • Live Chat Response: Handle inbound chat messages from our website and social media platforms, providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance.
  • Product & Order Assistance: Guide customers through product recommendations, order status, subscription management, and payment queries.
  • Script Adherence: Use provided scripts and brand guidelines to maintain consistent tone and messaging.
  • Escalation Management: Identify urgent or complex issues and flag them for the daytime support team.
  • Data Logging: Record all interactions, log issues, and summarize key insights at the end of each shift.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on common customer pain points and suggest process enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding.
  • Fluent written English with excellent grammar and tone.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per reputed company.
