Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Live Chats: Continuously observe inbound chat streams across multiple platforms, identifying and addressing any content that violates community standards.
  • Enforce Guidelines: Apply arenaflex’s moderation policies consistently, issuing warnings, muting, or removing participants when necessary.
  • Engage Positively: Interact with users in a courteous, professional manner, answering questions, providing guidance, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Conflict Resolution: De‑escalate heated discussions, mediate disputes, and resolve user‑reported issues promptly and fairly.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Communicate daily with supervisors, quality‑assurance specialists, and product managers via reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Teams.

Essential Qualifications
