Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Benefits Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and personalized assistance. Your role will involve engaging with multiple customers throughout the day, resolving inquiries, and promoting our suite of benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
