In this role, you'll work directly with clients to understand their business needs, design scalable CRM solutions, and deliver successful Veeva CRM implementations.<br><br>If you enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, solving complex business problems, and turning ideas into practical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Partner with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and business processes.</li><li>Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.</li><li>Design future-state business processes and recommend best practices using Veeva CRM.</li><li>Collaborate with Solution Architects, Configuration Consultants, and Developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.</li><li>Create business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and other project documentation.</li><li>Support solution design across Veeva CRM capabilities such as Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Engage, Events, MyInsights, Sampling, Medical CRM, and Align.</li><li>Analyze business data, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test scripts, coordinating testing activities, managing defects, and obtaining business sign-off.</li><li>Work closely with Project Managers to manage scope, prioritize requirements, resolve issues, and support project delivery.</li><li>Assist with data migration validation, integration testing, deployment activities, and post-go-live support.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize business processes and maximize value from the Veeva platform.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We're Looking For</strong> <br><br><ul><li>8+ years of Business Analyst experience within enterprise software implementations.</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience working with Veeva CRM in the Life Sciences industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial business processes, including Sales, Medical, and Commercial Operations.</li><li>Experience with one or more Veeva CRM modules, including:</li><ul><li>Core CRM</li><li>CLM</li><li>Approved Email</li><li>MyInsights</li><li>Engage</li><li>Events Management</li><li>Align</li><li>Medical CRM</li></ul><li>Experience facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and working directly with business stakeholders.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.</li><li>Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and production releases.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced consulting environment.<br></li></ul><strong>Nice to Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Veeva CRM Administrator Certification.</li><li>Experience with Vault CRM migration projects.</li><li>Knowledge of Veeva Network, OpenData, Nitro, PromoMats, or Vault Platform.</li><li>Experience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.</li><li>Familiarity with GxP validation and Computer System Validation (CSV).</li><li>ITIL or managed services experience.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li>401k match</li><li>Comprehensive group health, dental, vision benefits</li><li>Life insurance/LTD</li><li>Discretionary PTO<br><br></li></ul><em>Slipstream is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
