Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our growing analytics team as

Remote Data Analysts – Entry Level

. In this role, you will partner with internal record groups and external partners to identify data anomalies, develop visualizations, and translate raw information into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This is a full‑time, work‑from‑home opportunity with immediate openings and a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities

    Data Quality & Reconciliation:

    Collaborate with record groups and contracting teams to detect and resolve discrepancies caused by over‑ or under‑payment practices, ensuring that forecasted results align with actual performance.

      Visualization & Reporting:

      Design and maintain intuitive data visualizations and dashboards that communicate complex information clearly to audiences of all technical levels.

        Analytical Model Development:

        Assist in building predictive and descriptive analytical models that address critical business questions and support strategic initiatives.

          Automation & Process Improvement:

          Support the creation of automated workflows for data validation, error detection, and root‑cause analysis, providing clear recommendations for remediation.

            Ad‑hoc Analysis & Reporting:

            Prepare standard and ad‑hoc management reports, leveraging query‑based tools to extract, clean, and analyze data for cross‑functional projects.

              Customer Service Excellence:

              Deliver high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders, meeting established service level agreements and measuring satisfaction metrics.

                Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

                Work closely with teams in Finance, Legal, Contract Management, and Project Management to ensure data‑driven alignment across the organization.

                  Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

                  Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, transformation logic, and analytical methodologies to foster a culture of transparency and continuous learning.

                  Essential Qualifications

                  • High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, mathematics, business analytics, actuarial science, or software engineering.
                  • Demonstrated ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop processes and project plans that meet business objectives within budget and schedule constraints.
                  • Proven experience building and maintaining relationships across functional teams, ensuring adherence to service quality standards.
                  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues independently, prioritize tasks, and drive solutions without direct supervision.
                  • Excellent time‑management abilities, including the capacity to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
                  • Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex data issues, and recommending systematic fixes.
                  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data consolidation), PowerPoint (designing visual narratives), and Word (document automation, mail merge).
                  • Willingness to travel up to 10 % of the time for occasional on‑site meetings or training sessions.

                  Preferred Qualifications

                  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
                  • Familiarity with modern programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Python, or C++.
                  • Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching junior team members.
                  • Background in pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, health‑care consulting, or managed care environments.
                  • Hands‑on experience working with pharmacy‑related data sets, claims data, or health‑care analytics.
