Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Phone Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of arenaflex, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our brand’s dedication to excellence. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Providing accurate, detailed information about arenaflex’s wellness and supplement products, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end experience.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues efficiently, escalating only when necessary.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle high‑volume calls and emails while maintaining professionalism.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
