<p> Job Title: Sr. Manager, Digital Accounts<br /> <br /> A little bit about our team:<br /> <br /> The WMG Global Commercial Services team maximizes WMG revenue and market share, leading through best practices, platform expertise and forward thinking solutions that support our recorded music strategy.<br /> <br /> Your role:<br /> <br /> You will manage relationships and business operations with all assigned accounts across a variety of developing and established business models You will work with these partners on a global scale to maximize opportunities for our artists with the goal of increasing market share and revenue.<br /> <br /> Here you'll get to:<br /> • You will act as the account lead in the US and globally for assigned accounts. You will implement our commercial deals and improve opportunities to grow the customer base and income.<br /> • You will support senior management across ad hoc projects (i.e., new accounts, cross-functional assignments, etc.)<br /> • You will understand all points of WMG's commercial agreement with each assigned account. You will ensure they are accurately followed through active communication with both in-house and external parties.<br /> • You will coordinate and develop strategies with key partners across WMG, including labels, affiliates where assigned accounts have meaningful presence, and central teams. This will support each team in improving platform and in-service opportunities, resulting in increased market presence and on-platform activity.<br /> • You will maintain strong knowledge of partner's goals and business strategies and communicate information to leadership, labels, business development, and analysis teams via regular updates, quarterly business reviews, and other forms of communication<br /> • You will regularly update assigned accounts on new releases and catalog changes. You will also help WMG and Partner operational teams to ensure WMG repertoire is available on the platform.<br /> • Collaborate with teams from Finance, Growth Initiatives, and Tech. Ensure reporting is accurate, received, and up to date for every assigned account.<br /> • Collaborate with Business Development by using daily account knowledge to advise on the partner's current state. Provide forward-thinking topics to support WMG and our labels in negotiations.<br /> <br /> About you:<br /> • You have a minimum of 5+ years experience with a range of Commercial Music, Marketing/Sales, and Account Management<br /> • You can work independently and manage time efficiently.<br /> • You have strong communication skills and can work with various levels of stakeholders<br /> • You are experienced with and/or interested in new, emerging categories of music consumption as well as user generated/ad supported platforms.<br /> • You have the ability to be creative, goal-oriented, and a flexible team player.<br /> • You are passionate about music and understand the current music landscape.<br /> <br /> We'd love it if you also had:<br /> • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google's suite of tools.<br /> • You are a problem solver with strong analytical and negotiation skills.<br /> • You have experience diving into data and using it with purpose.<br /> <br /> As the home to 10K Projects, Asylum, Atlantic Music Group, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world's premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs.
