We?re looking for Chat Support Professionals to join our Squarespace team, and this is an important position. Throughout your day, you?ll interact with our valued clientele, helping them navigate their purchasing experience smoothly.

In this key role, you?ll provide outstanding support by answering questions about our offerings, quickly addressing any website usability concerns, and delivering an excellent overall shopping experience.

What you will be doing:Live chat support agents respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat platforms integrated into websites and social media channels. You may receive questions from current customers seeking assistance or from prospective customers interested in making a purchase.

Contract length:Flexible, open-ended arrangement

Rate:$35 per hour

Skills/background needed:You?ll need a device capable of accessing website chat and social media platforms (Smartphone/Tablet/Computer). Ability to work independently without supervision. Strong attention to detail when following established procedures and guidelines. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Dependable high-speed internet connection required.

Hours per week:Minimum 10 hours weekly

Location: Fully remote position (US-based candidates preferred).
