YouTube Shorts Content Manager | Daily Posting, Thumbnails & Channel Growth

We are Arwin & Clara, a couple content creator duo with over 1 million followers across social media platforms. We create viral relationship, lifestyle, comedy, and entertainment content, and we’re looking for a dedicated YouTube Shorts Content Manager to help us grow our YouTube presence.

We’re looking for someone who can take full responsibility for our YouTube Shorts posting strategy, content optimization, and day-to-day channel management.

This is NOT an automation job. We want a real person who understands YouTube Shorts, knows what makes content perform well, and can actively manage our channel.

Your Responsibilities

1. Daily YouTube Shorts Posting

* Manually publish 2–4 YouTube Shorts every day, consistently.

* Upload both our latest content and selected videos from our existing content library.

* Repurpose older viral TikToks and Instagram Reels for YouTube Shorts.

* Identify the best posting times based on audience analytics.

2. Video Optimization & Thumbnails

* Create engaging, customized thumbnails or select optimized cover frames for each Short, where supported by YouTube.

* Write catchy, attention-grabbing titles designed to maximize clicks and engagement.

* Optimize video descriptions and relevant hashtags.

* Make minor edits to existing videos where necessary to improve their suitability for YouTube Shorts.

3. Content Strategy & Growth

* Review our existing content library and identify videos with strong viral potential.

* Strategically repost older videos when appropriate, avoiding unnecessary repetition.

* Research trending YouTube Shorts formats relevant to our niche.

* Analyze performance and continuously improve our posting strategy.

* Help develop a consistent approach to growing subscribers, views, and engagement.

4. Channel Management & Reporting

* Maintain a content calendar and track all uploads.

* Monitor analytics, including views, retention, engagement, and subscriber growth.

* Provide weekly performance updates and recommendations.

* Communicate regularly with us about content performance and upcoming uploads.

Who We’re Looking For

* Proven experience managing and growing YouTube Shorts channels.

* Strong understanding of the YouTube Shorts algorithm, retention, hooks, and viral content.

* Experience working with lifestyle, relationship, entertainment, or similar creators.

* Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

* Ability to create engaging titles and optimize thumbnails.

* Excellent communication and attention to detail.

* Reliable and able to manage a consistent daily posting schedule.

What We Provide

* Access to a large library of existing viral content from TikTok and Instagram.

* Regular new videos that can be repurposed for YouTube Shorts.

* Creative direction and brand guidelines.

* The opportunity to manage and grow a channel backed by an established creator brand with over 1 million followers across platforms.

You will not be responsible for filming original content. Your focus is on selecting, preparing, optimizing, publishing, and improving the performance of our existing videos.

Work Structure

* Posting frequency: 2–4 Shorts per day.

* Work type: Remote, ongoing.

* Schedule: Flexible, provided daily posting requirements are met.

* Compensation: Open to discussing a fixed monthly rate based on experience and responsibilities.

* Initial trial: We would like to begin with commission based deal (20%) to evaluate performance, reliability, and workflow before moving into a long-term arrangement.

How to Apply

Please include the following in your proposal:

1. Links to YouTube Shorts channels you’ve previously managed.

2. Examples of the results you’ve achieved, including views and subscriber growth.

3. Your approach to growing a YouTube Shorts channel using existing TikTok and Instagram content.

4. Your experience with thumbnails, titles, editing, and YouTube analytics.

5. Your proposed monthly rate for managing 2–4 daily uploads.

Important: Please start your application with the word “SHORTS” so we know you’ve read the full description.

We’re looking for someone proactive, creative, reliable, and genuinely passionate about YouTube Shorts growth.

If you think you’re the right person to help us build a successful YouTube Shorts channel, we’d love to hear from you!
