  • Use data and conversion metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the hiring process.
  • Collaborate across the People & Places organization to develop innovative approaches for attracting diverse talent in a competitive global market.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in sourcing.
  • Experience in an in-house or agency environment focused on fast-paced, high-growth hiring.
  • Proven track record of identifying, engaging, and converting niche or hard-to-find talent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in using data and analytics to influence business stakeholders and guide hiring decisions.
  • Experience recruiting specifically for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles at a global scale.
