As the owner of the Review Sites strategy, this individual influences cross-functional priorities by partnering with Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A, Procurement, Legal, Sales, and Customer Experience to improve channel performance, customer advocacy, and business outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Own the long-term strategy, roadmap, execution, and optimization of BambooHR's Review Sites marketing program.
  • Develop annual and quarterly channel strategies that align with departmental priorities, revenue objectives, and company OKRs.
  • Independently evaluate channel performance and identify strategic opportunities to increase pipeline, improve lead quality, and maximize marketing investment.
  • Manage channel budget, investment strategy, forecasting, and resource allocation, making recommendations based on business performance and expected return.
  • Serve as BambooHR's subject matter expert for Review Sites, identifying emerging trends, competitive opportunities, and evolving best practices that influence marketing strategy.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with third-party review platform partners, leading business reviews, contract discussions, and long-term partnership planning.
  • Design and lead experimentation strategies that improve conversion rates, customer engagement, pipeline contribution, and overall channel efficiency.
  • Analyze performance across Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, GA4, Integrate, platform reporting, and other marketing systems to uncover actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Influence cross-functional initiatives by partnering with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Marketing, Customer Experience, FP&A, Procurement, and Legal to improve customer advocacy programs, attribution, campaign execution, and operational effectiveness.
  • Present strategic recommendations, investment decisions, business cases, and performance insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Establish scalable processes, documentation, reporting frameworks, and governance that improve operational efficiency and enable future channel growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, digital marketing, channel marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related B2B SaaS marketing discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience developing channel strategies that support business objectives and deliver measurable pipeline or revenue impact.
  • Experience independently owning a marketing program or channel with responsibility for strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple systems and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting investments, and optimizing spend based on performance and business priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple departments without direct authority.

  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives while independently managing long-term strategic work.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous environments.

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
