<p>Apply today to learn more about joining our growing Baltimore Lineage Team with Union 570!</p><p></p><p><b>Shift: </b>6AM - 4:30PM - working 4x10</p><p><b>Schedule: </b>Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat</p><p><b>Pay: </b>$21/hr</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>As an General Warehouse Worker (Order Selector), you’ll operate an electric pallet jack and voice-directed technology to build customer orders, assemble pallets over 5 feet tall, and prepare products for shipment— while following all company and regulatory safety standards.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Key Duties & Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Operate <b>electric pallet jack ride-along equipment (single and double)</b> to pick, build, and transport customer orders</li><li>Perform required <b>pre-use safety inspections</b> on electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment</li><li>Use <b>headset-based voice command systems</b> to accurately select products by lot number and product code</li><li>Build safe, stable pallets, frequently <b>exceeding 5 feet in height</b>, following proper stacking and safety guidelines</li><li><b>Manually shrink-wrap</b> completed pallets to secure product for transport</li><li>Use a <b>shrink wrap machine</b> to securely wrap and stabilize completed pallets for transport</li><li>Open boxes and containers as needed to access product</li><li>Label and mark materials with identifying information</li><li>Accurately record product quantities using site-specific systems to maintain inventory accuracy</li><li>Stage and deliver completed orders to designated shipping or staging areas</li><li>Identify, report, and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control or a lead/supervisor</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Additional Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Operate other warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as assigned</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to meet <b>productivity, quality, and safety goals</b></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)</b></p><ul><li><b>Minimum of 1 year of experience operating electric pallet jack equipment</b> (ride-along preferred; single and double)</li><li>Ability to thrive in a <b>fast-paced, production-driven warehouse environment</b></li><li>Basic math skills and strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics</li><li>Ability to give <b>voice commands in English</b> (required for voice-directed picking systems)</li><li>Ability to lift a minimum of <b>60 lbs / 27 kgs</b> (weight may vary by facility)</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed</li><li>Comfortable working around varying noise levels, which can be loud at times</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Pay Range:$0.00 - $0.00<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Why Lineage?</span><br /><br /><span>This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
