We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations at our Chambersburg distribution center. This role is critical to keeping inventory accurate and shipments moving on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and process all incoming and outgoing shipments accurately
  • Prepare orders for shipment
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and resolve issues quickly
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems
  • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
  • Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills (rates, ratios, percentages)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual is a plus, not required
