This supply chain position requires extreme accuracy, swift movement, and a keen eye for detail to ensure we meet our global delivery promises.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

  • Precision Picking: Follow optimized digital routing on your scanner to locate specific bins, verifying barcodes to ensure the absolutely correct item is picked for every order.

  • Pace & Performance: Maintain a consistent, steady pace to meet facility-wide operational metrics, ensuring the outbound packing teams always have a steady flow of inventory.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Actively participate in maintaining a clean, obstacle-free environment. Report any spills, damaged racking, or equipment malfunctions immediately to floor leadership.
