Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operation Intake Coordinator I – Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all required document types. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, while reputed company being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all documents within the required workflow system, ensuring efficient and timely distribution
  • Open, sort, and prepare incoming documents for imaging and data entry
  • Image incoming paper documents, maintaining high-quality standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reputed company, and processing documentation
  • Enter pertinent claims information from source documents, ensuring data accuracy and validation
  • Communicate findings and update internal systems as applicable, ensuring seamless communication with team members
  • Work independently and without direct supervision, adhering to strict deadlines and production standards
  • Assist team members in other areas, both in-office and remote, to align with business needs and ensure seamless operations
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with production-related experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information, ensuring data security and integrity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods, with the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as business needs require
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry, document processing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of workflow systems and document management
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office, with strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and productivity
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
