  • Template Utilization: Select and adapt pre‑written response templates to match the context of each inquiry while preserving brand voice and tone.
  • Escalation Protocol: Identify complex issues that require specialist intervention (e.g., refunds, account edits) and route them through the internal ticketing system.
  • Conversation Logging: Tag each chat with the appropriate category (Billing, Account Reset, Product Inquiry) and provide a concise summary when requested.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review real‑time metrics such as response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores to continuously improve service quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage with on‑call supervisors and peers for guidance, feedback, and best‑practice sharing.

Essential Qualifications

  • English language proficiency with excellent grammar and writing skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per reputed company.
  • Comfortable using a desktop browser, online forms, and basic productivity tools.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop (Windows or macOS) with a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
