ABOUT HELLO NUTRA

Learn more at:

HelloNutra is a modern supplement brand creating vitamins and supplements that are easy to take, easy to love, and easy to stick with.

We believe supplements should fit naturally into everyday life, not feel confusing or intimidating. That’s why we focus on thoughtfully formulated products paired with bright, lifestyle-driven branding that feels fun, approachable, and trustworthy.

At HelloNutra, we’re here to make taking supplements something people actually enjoy, and keep coming back to.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced e-commerce website designer with a strong focus on Shopify, high-converting product pages, and landing pages.

Most of our traffic comes from mobile, so mobile-first product page design is our top priority. You should know how to present product benefits, imagery, social proof, offers, and calls to action in a way that is clear, compelling, and easy to shop on a phone.

We need someone with strong visual taste who can turn creative direction into polished designs, move quickly, and continuously improve the shopping experience based on feedback, advertising performance, and website data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Design and improve our Shopify website, with a strong focus on high-converting product pages and landing pages.

2. Start with the mobile shopping experience, then adapt and refine layouts for desktop. Prioritize readable content, clear offers, easy-to-tap buttons, and an intuitive path to purchase.

3. Create layouts that bring together product benefits, compelling imagery, social proof, FAQs, and calls to action.

4. Design landing pages for paid traffic, product launches, and promotions that connect the ad, the offer, and the shopping experience.

5. Collaborate closely with our marketing team to turn copy, product information, customer questions, and creative direction into finished designs.

6. Maintain consistency with HelloNutra’s brand identity while adapting pages for different products, audiences, and performance goals.

7. Develop design variations for testing and improve pages based on performance data and customer behavior.

8. Organize, label, and manage design files, components, and assets so they are easy to implement, test, and update.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate has experience using AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of their design work. This includes using AI for image generation, editing, exploring design concepts, and creating variations quickly, while applying strong design judgment to keep the work polished and on-brand. Familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or similar platforms is preferred.

  • Experience in e-commerce website design, ideally supporting Shopify and direct-to-consumer brands.
  • A strong portfolio of mobile-first product pages and landing pages.
  • An understanding of conversion-focused design, including communicating product value, answering objections, building trust, and making the next step clear.
  • Strong mobile design skills, including readable typography, clear visual hierarchy, thoughtful content placement, and easy-to-use navigation.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and the practical requirements of designing for an e-commerce storefront.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar website design tools.
  • Able to take strategic creative direction and turn it into finished designs quickly, without heavy hand-holding.
  • Comfortable collaborating on implementation and reviewing pages to make sure the finished experience matches the design.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines.
  • Strong visual taste with an appreciation for clean, modern, lifestyle-driven branding.
  • Available for 15-20 hours per week and ready to get started right away.

BONUS (Nice to Have, Not Required)

  • Hands-on experience building and updating pages in Shopify.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and tools for understanding customer behavior.
  • Experience with health, wellness, beauty, or supplement brands.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

  • Part-time contract role, 15-20 hrs/week.
  • 100% remote, work from anywhere.
  • $40 USD per hour.
  • The opportunity to shape how customers discover, understand, and shop our products.
  • Looking to get started immediately.

TO APPLY

Submit your resume and a portfolio link with 2-3 relevant e-commerce website examples, including at least one product page showing the mobile experience.

Briefly explain your role, the design decisions you made to improve the shopping experience and conversion, and any performance results available. If results were not tracked, explain your reasoning.

Include your earliest start date, weekly availability, and any relevant Shopify or AI design experience.
