About Medtopia Marketing
Medtopia Marketing is a growth agency for medical spas in the USA. We help clinics fill their calendars with booked consultations for treatments like Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, body contouring, skin rejuvenation, IV therapy, and medical weight loss. Meta ads are our core channel, and creative is what makes or breaks a campaign. We’re hiring someone who can look at a med spa offer, figure out what makes a US woman stop scrolling and book, and turn that into ads that convert.

This role is NOT for you if…

  • Your experience is mainly organic social, brand design, or posting for clients
  • You judge ads by how they look rather than by CTR, hook rate, cost per lead, and booking rate
  • You’ve never looked at Ads Manager to see which creative won and why
  • You aren’t comfortable writing natural, conversational American English

What you’ll do

  • Break down each client’s offers (e.g., “$10/unit Botox,” “free laser consult,” “new client specials”) and find the angles, desires, fears, and objections behind them
  • Mine Google reviews, competitor ads in Meta Ad Library, Reddit, and TikTok to learn how real patients talk about treatments
  • Write creative briefs and concepts: hooks, angles, formats (UGC, provider-led, testimonial, offer-led statics, myth-busting, “what to expect” videos), scripts, and on-screen text
  • Create static and video ads yourself (Canva/Edits/CapCut etc.), or brief editors and UGC creators
  • Generate AI Voiceover scripts
  • Review performance weekly across multiple clinic accounts: hook rate, CTR, CPL, cost per booked consult. Kill losers, iterate on winners, and document what we learn
  • Keep every ad within Meta’s health and wellness policies and US advertising norms: no misleading claims, careful use of before/after imagery, no personal-attribute language, and correct handling of prescription treatments

Must-haves

  • 1+ years creating or strategizing Meta ads for lead-gen
  • A portfolio of ads you made or concepted
  • Excellent written English that sounds natural to a US audience
  • Solid grasp of direct-response fundamentals: hooks, angles, awareness levels, offer framing, urgency
  • Ability to produce 20–30 creative variations per week across multiple clients

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with med spas, aesthetics, dermatology, dental, cosmetic surgery, or other local healthcare services
  • Experience with US-targeted ad accounts
  • Managing UGC creators or video editors
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere)
  • Familiarity with tools like Foreplay, Motion, or GoHighLevel

Details

  • Fully remote (India), with [3–4] hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (roughly [6:30–11 PM IST])
  • Full-time | Internship | Part time + annual performance bonus
  • Small, fast-growing team. You’ll work directly with the founder and see your ads’ results every week

How to apply (read carefully)

  • Answer the screening questions. Short and specific beats long and generic.
  • Link or attach your portfolio with at least 3-5 ads.
  • Start your cover letter with the words “Consult booked”, then tell us about one ad that failed and one that worked and what you learned from it.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Work from home

Application Question(s):

  • Can you work [4-5] hours overlapping with US Eastern Time (evenings IST)?
  • Describe your best-performing lead-gen ad: the offer, the hook, and the result (CPL or leads). 3–5 sentences.
  • Expected annual CTC (LPA)?
  • A med spa ad says: “Tired of your wrinkles? Get Botox for $8/unit — look at these results!” with a before/after photo. What problems might Meta flag, and how would you rewrite the headline?

Experience:

  • meta ads: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • ads portfolio (Required)
