About Hearst Magazines (Why Us?) Verify headlines, subheads, metadata, calls to action, image captions, pull quotes, and other on-page elements for accuracy and consistency. Partner with writers, editors, designers, producers, and account teams to incorporate feedback and resolve outstanding issues efficiently. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional attention to detail. Qualifications (What We're Looking For) 5+ years of professional copy-editing or editorial experience. Experience editing branded content, sponsored content, marketing copy, digital publishing, or journalism. Exceptional command of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and editorial style. Strong understanding of voice, tone, audience, and brand standards across multiple content formats. Outstanding attention to detail, particularly during final-stage editorial reviews and quality assurance. Experience working within web-based content management systems (CMS) or digital publishing preview environments. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is a fully remote position. Benefits (What We Offer) Work with the Best: Collaborate with top-tier professionals across media, advertising, tech, fashion, lifestyle, and publishing, shaping the future of these dynamic industries.
