STUDENT PROGRAM FORMAT:

This student program follows a format in which participants work remotely during the academic year (September through April) and onsite during the summer (May through August). Remote work must be performed from a location within the United States.

During the academic year, students who reside in the Metro Detroit area are highly encouraged to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, as their schedules permit.

During the academic year, students are expected to work 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Students selected for the program will work with their manager to establish a consistent weekly schedule that fulfills the 24-hour requirement while accommodating their class schedule.

During the summer months (May through August), students are expected to work onsite at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Students may be required to relocate and may work up to 40 hours per week during this period, based on business needs and management discretion. Relocation assistance may be available to students who meet specific eligibility requirements.

Student program cohorts begin quarterly in January, April, June, and September. Students are intended to remain in the program through graduation.

STELLANTIS STUDENT PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

The Stellantis Student Program offers a unique alternative to traditional summer internships by providing students with the opportunity to work year-round throughout their academic journey. This continuous engagement allows students to apply their classroom learning in real-world settings daily, fostering deeper integration within their teams and organizations. As they progress through the program, students are empowered to take on increasing levels of responsibility, gaining valuable experience, and making meaningful contributions along the way.

Students will be assigned to a department based on the candidate's background and skill set. The assignments are project-oriented, meaningful to the department, and allow the student to provide valuable contributions. Students experience a sense of personal accomplishment and learn about the corporate business culture through work assignments, structured activities, and exclusive student networking events.

STUDENT PROGRAM BENEFITS:

  • Exposure to cutting-edge projects and technologies
  • Collaborative work environment
  • Mentorship from experienced professionals
  • Networking opportunities with peers and leaders
  • Skill development workshops and training sessions
  • Paid US holidays
  • Stellantis Employee Advantage Vehicle Discount Program
  • Eligible students may be able to participate in the Company Vehicle Employee Lease Program

DEPARTMENT DETAILS:

The Jeep Brand Team defines the strategic direction for current and future vehicles, technologies, and services. Our forward-thinking product vision is driven by a deep understanding of an ever-evolving marketplace, consumer research, and data analytics. At the core of every vehicle strategy is the customer — understanding what motivates their purchase decisions, how they perceive the Ram brand and its products, and how we compare against the competition.

The Jeep Brand Team is seeking a passionate, driven, and strategic candidate to help build upon our success and shape future opportunities. The Jeep Student Position will support the Brand Operations, working closely with Jeep leadership and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Research, Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Procurement. This role will help define and develop customer-centric products and technology strategies designed to win in the marketplace.
