Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position on our Night Shift Sunday - Wednesday 4:00pm - 4:00am. Flexibility for additional coverage outside of these hours, including potential weekends and/or holidays, is also required as needed.
Warehouse Supervisor, Victorville, CA
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material movement. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment while maintaining inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leads through training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards, PPE requirements, company policies, OSHA regulations, and all safety procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory control processes.
- Monitor and communicate key performance metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, and service.
- Manage workforce scheduling, attendance tracking, and labor utilization to meet operational requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Ensure warehouse equipment and facilities are properly maintained and inspected.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience managing inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and warehouse best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience in Union Environment
