<h2><strong>Warehouse Picker / Stand-Up Forklift Operator ($18/hour)</strong></h2><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>This role supports a high-volume global distribution center by accurately picking and moving products using stand-up forklifts and other industrial equipment. You will fulfill orders from pick tickets, handle both full and partial pallets, and ensure accurate counts using basic math and scanning technology.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Operate a stand-up forklift, including Raymond equipment, to safely move, load, and unload products within the warehouse.</li><li>Pick orders from pick tickets, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected for each order.</li><li>Handle both full pallets and partial pallets, staging and organizing them according to warehouse procedures.</li><li>Use basic math skills to verify counts and confirm that picked quantities match order requirements.</li><li>Assist with unloading incoming shipments and loading outbound shipments as needed.</li><li>Use RF or Honeywell scan guns, when applicable, to scan and track inventory and order fulfillment.</li><li>Support general warehouse operations, including packaging, staging, and organizing inventory.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating industrial equipment and working in the warehouse.</li><li>Maintain good attendance, reliability, and consistent job performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>The organization offers a clear path from contract to direct employment, including regular raises and competitive hourly rates once hired directly.
