Nous sommes activement à la recherche d'une personne de maintenance expérimentée, partageant notre passion pour un environnement et un service impeccable au sein de notre nouvel hôtel de 86 chambres, sous la bannière Tru par Hilton.

La personne est responsable de l'entretien général, de la maintenance et de la gestion de diverses tâches courantes nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'hôtel.

Responsabilités

Les responsabilités comprennent notamment, selon la gestion des priorités :

Maintenance générale

  • Peinture et plâtre
  • Vérification et entretien de l'équipement technique et des installations (maintenance préventive, suivi journalier/hebdomadaire); signalez les besoins en réparation ou remplacement
  • Assurer l'entretien (grand nettoyage, réparation, rangement, changement/nettoyage de filtres, etc.)
  • Entretien extérieur, maintien de l'accessibilité et de la sécurité des accès extérieurs
  • Détection, ajustements, réparations mineures des fuites d'eau, capteurs d'eau
  • Entretien des installations sanitaires
  • Réparation et entretien des portes, fenêtres et autres éléments.
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches ponctuelles selon les besoins opérationnels ou les demandes spécifiques de la direction.

Capacité à effectuer quotidiennement des tâches physiques.

Compétences techniques : plomberie de base, électricité de base, menuiserie, peinture et plâtrerie.

Posséder des connaissances en ventilation et climatisation, un atout majeur.

Polyvalence, autonomie et sens de l'initiative.

Fiabilité, ponctualité et bonne gestion du temps.

Attitude positive et esprit d'équipe.

Horaire : à discuter selon les besoins opérationnels, maximum 35 heures semaine.

Période de probation de trois (3) mois.

Allocation pour les frais de transport.

Allocation pour les frais du téléphone cellulaire.

Accès à l'ensemble du programme de voyage GoHilton pour les employés.

Notre hôtel de dix étages, comprenant 86 chambres est situé dans une zone urbaine à proximité de quatre des quartiers touristiques les plus prisés de Montréal, à savoir le Village, le Quartier Latin, le Quartier des spectacles et le Vieux-Montréal/Vieux-Port. Cette proximité avec les destinations touristiques de renommées de la Ville nous permet d'attirer une clientèle diversifiée: voyageurs d'affaires, employés gouvernementaux, petits groupes et touristes à la recherche de divertissement culturel.

L'accès à la station de métro Berri-UQAM, reliant trois lignes de métro se trouve directement face à l'hôtel. Nous sommes voisins de la Gare d'Autocars de Montréal (avec entre autres le circuit vers l'aéroport YUL). De plus, trois stationnements sous-terrain sont disponibles à quelques minutes de marche, sans oublier la piste cyclable de la Route Verte, qui passe devant notre établissement.

Notons la proximité à distance de marche de la Place Émilie-Gamelin pour des événements culturels, le Théâtre St-Denis pour des représentations artistiques, les restaurants des rues St-Denis, Sainte-Catherine, Ontario et St-Laurent, l'Usine C pour des spectacles contemporains, la Tour de l'Horloge offrant une vue panoramique, différents musées pour une immersion dans l'histoire et le pittoresque Vieux-Port de Montréal regorgeant de célèbres attractions touristiques et activités de plein air. Vous pouvez facilement assister à des concerts au MTELUS ou opter pour des expériences plus intimes au Club Soda, au Théâtre du Nouveau Monde, à l'Olympia ou plonger dans la culture à la Grande Bibliothèque de BAnQ.
