SEO Lead: Programmatic & Local Search, Remote Job

Other Jobs To Apply

At AI Case Leads, we connect accident victims with personal injury law firms nationwide. Legal search is one of the most competitive spaces on the internet. We’re building a national brand that ranks in every US city and ZIP code where people search for help after an accident, and we need someone who knows how to build that at scale without getting burned by Google.

The Role

You’ll own organic search from the ground up: architecture, data, content, technical SEO, and links. This means building one strong brand domain with thousands of genuinely useful location pages powered by real data, not a network of thin sites. You know where the line between programmatic SEO and scaled content abuse sits, and you build well on the right side of it.

What You'll Do

  • Design the site architecture for national coverage: state → city → ZIP pages, plus practice and topic pages

  • Build programmatic page templates driven by unique data sources (public crash data, local resources, police department info, local laws)

  • Partner with engineering on data pipelines, page generation, internal linking, and indexation control

  • Own technical SEO: crawl budget, Core Web Vitals, schema, sitemaps, canonicals, and index management at scale

  • Run keyword and SERP research across thousands of local markets and prioritize by case value

  • Lead link acquisition through digital PR, data studies, local partnerships, and linkable tools, with no PBNs or paid link schemes

  • Build tools and resources people actually use and link to (for example, crash-report lookups or local accident statistics)

  • Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and signed cases by market

  • Monitor Google updates and keep the site compliant with spam policies

  • Work with our brand strategist so organic pages carry a consistent brand voice

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO, including large-scale or programmatic sites (10,000+ pages)

  • A track record of ranking location-based pages across many markets

  • Deep technical SEO knowledge: crawling, indexation, rendering, schema, site architecture

  • A clear understanding of Google’s spam policies, including scaled content, doorway pages, and site reputation abuse, and how to build safely around them

  • Experience building pages from structured data sources

  • Proven white-hat link-building results, especially through digital PR or data-driven content

  • Comfort with SQL, spreadsheets, and SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, Search Console, GA4)

  • Lead generation SEO experience (strongly preferred)

  • Legal, insurance, healthcare, or another YMYL vertical (strongly preferred)

  • Ability to work with Python/JS or directly with engineers on page generation (a plus)

How You Work

  • You build for the long game. No tactics that work for six months and then get the domain penalized.

  • Data over opinion. You prove what works by market, by page type, and by signed case.

  • Self-directed. This is a remote team, so you communicate clearly in writing and own your roadmap.

What Success Looks Like

  • Our brand ranks in top positions across priority cities and ZIP codes.

  • Organic search becomes a major, low-cost source of signed cases.

  • The site survives every Google update because it’s genuinely the most useful result.

Why AI Case Leads

  • Fully remote

  • Build a national SEO program from scratch, with real engineering support

  • A lean team where your work directly moves the business

  • Direct access to leadership; no layers of approval

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
