<p>Provide functional and administrative support for Aras Innovator PLM, manage incidents and service requests, coordinate with the PLM support team, and support user adoption of PLM processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay Range</strong>: $25 - $35/hr. on contract (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)</p><p><br></p><p>Ideal Consultant Profile</p><p>PLM AMS member with strong Aras Innovator functional support expertise, manufacturing process understanding, customer-facing communication skills, and experience working in global delivery models involving stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p>Coverage: Kansas plants (Fully Remote)</p><p>Platform: Aras Innovator PLM</p><p>Support Level: L1 and L2 Functional Support</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Handle user login, access, and general usage inquiries.</p><p>Perform Level 1 and Level 2 incident and service request support.</p><p>Interpret application errors and conduct functional troubleshooting.</p><p>Administer users, roles, approval lists, and access rights.</p><p>Execute configuration changes within Aras Innovator.</p><p>Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets through ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.</p><p>Coordinate escalations with PLM support organization.</p><p>Support knowledge transfer, documentation, training, and user adoption activities.</p><p><br></p><p>Required Skills & Experience</p><p>3+ years of PLM support or AMS experience.</p><p>Hands-on experience with Aras Innovator administration and functional support.</p><p>Experience in ticket management, incident resolution, and user support processes.</p><p>Understanding of product data management, change management, document management, and engineering workflows.</p><p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</p><p>Ability to work independently in a managed services environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Preferred Skills</p><p>Manufacturing industry experience, preferably in battery, automotive, or discrete manufacturing environments.</p><p>Experience supporting PLM rollout, training, and business process adoption.</p><p>Experience working with Japanese organizations and multicultural teams.</p><p><br></p><p>AMS Delivery Assumptions</p><p>Capacity-based support model rather than severity-based SLA model.</p><p>Expected operating model: 1 US-based resource capacity.</p><p>Remote support accepted with occasional stakeholder workshops if required.</p><p>Ticket volumes and SLAs to be refined after discovery and transition activities.</p><p><br></p><p>Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled</p><p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
