Together, we are EXP.<br><br><strong>Are you ready to design your future?<br><br></strong><strong>Be our next Payroll Administrator!<br><br></strong><strong>Your work environment at EXP<br><br></strong>In this role, you will be a part of the <strong>Payroll Team</strong>, of the <strong>Shared Services Sector</strong>, in a remote setting. <strong>The position involves managing voluntary deductions, auditing benefits, and payroll processing for multiple entities</strong>. <em>The work schedule will be based on Central and Eastern Time Zones (CST/EST).<br><br></em><strong>What a day at EXP has in store for you<br><br></strong><ul><li>Track voluntary deductions for 1200+ employees.</li><li>Track W2 healthcare costs for a self-insured insurance plan.</li><li>Track missed deductions for employees on leave.</li><li>Work with 3rd party benefit and 401(k) administrators.</li><li>Review reports from 3rd party administrator for new enrollments, terminations, and changes.</li><li>Update employee deductions in ADP and tracking spreadsheets.</li><li>Upload bi-weekly payroll deduction files to 3rd party benefit & 401(k) administrators.</li><li>Reconcile insurance invoices, process payments, and send paperwork to accounting.</li><li>Process garnishments.</li><li>Create payroll journal entries.</li><li>Prepare month end reports.</li><li>End-to-End Payroll processing for 2 entities; approximately 250 employees <br><br></li></ul><strong>What Your Experience Looks Like<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 5 years multi-state payroll experience </li><li>Knowledge of State and Local Payroll Laws</li><li>Accounting experience helpful.</li><li>ADP experience preferred.</li><li>Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus</li><li>FPC or CPP is a plus </li><li>Advanced Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, X Look Up, V Look Up, Understanding of Macros)</li><li>Accurate data entry skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Able to maintain confidential information.</li><li>Work well in team environment.</li><li>Must have reliable internet services <br><br></li></ul><strong>The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
