We are looking for friendly, motivated, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Live Chat Agents. This is an entry-level position with zero prior experience required—we provide complete, paid training to set you up for success. In this role, you will be the real-time voice of our company, answering questions, solving basic problems, and guiding website visitors through text-based chat.

If you love helping people, write clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Real-Time Customer Support: Respond promptly, politely, and accurately to incoming customer text chats regarding orders, account issues, and basic product questions.

  • Concurrent Chat Management: Comfortably manage 2 to 3 simultaneous chat conversations without losing track of details or sacrificing quality.

  • Problem Solving: Use our internal knowledge base and FAQs to resolve customer issues effectively during the first contact.

  • Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues that require specialized care and route them smoothly to the correct internal support tier.

  • Data Logging: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update account profiles within our support software.

Who You Are
  • No Experience Necessary: We welcome applicants from all backgrounds (including retail, food service, or recent graduates)—we hire for attitude and train for skill.

  • Strong Written Communicator: Excellent written English skills, including proper grammar, accurate spelling, and a professional yet warm tone.

  • Fast and Accurate Typist: A typing speed of at least 40–50 WPM (Words Per Minute) with minimal errors.

  • Tech-Savvy Adaptability: Comfortable learning new software quickly and navigating multiple open browser tabs or windows at once.

  • Remote Reliability: Highly self-motivated with a dependable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.

  • Fully paid comprehensive training program.

  • Flexible scheduling options across morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

  • Clear career pathing into Team Lead, QA, or Support Management roles.

  • [Optional: Health stipends, equipment allowance, paid time off].
