What We are Looking For

We are on the hunt for diligent and adept Chartered Accountants ready to take on the challenge of managing accounting functions for a diverse clientele, ranging from corporate entities to individuals. This role offers a chance to delve into a variety of accounting tasks, including but not limited to, financial statement preparation, corporate and individual tax work, and comprehensive financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Financial Management: Act as an integral part of the plug-and-play finance team, managing daily operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Management and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions. Ensure financial practices are in compliance with Singapore financial regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adapt and ensure compliance with Singapore legal and regulatory requirements for financial and tax reporting. Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and laws affecting the company operations.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance: Execute effective tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with Singapore tax laws. Prepare and review tax filings, minimizing liabilities while ensuring compliance.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies in Singapore.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring transparent communication and tailored financial services that align with their business needs.
  • Training and Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge of Singapore Laws and Regulations, enabling you to adapt your expertise to the Singaporean context.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant certification from India with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a client-facing role within finance and accounting.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end accounting and financial operations, with a deep understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and auditing.
  • Advanced proficiency in various accounting software like Xero and Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering strong client relationships in a remote work environment.
  • Quick learner, open to upskilling and adapting to Singapore financial regulations and practices.
