Position Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting arenaflex’s digital platforms. Your primary role is to provide timely, accurate, and friendly responses to a wide range of inquiries—everything from product usage questions to account management issues. The position is 100% chat‑based, with no phone or video calls, making it an ideal entry point for individuals who excel in written communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Real‑Time Chat Conversations: Respond to incoming messages from customers across arenaflex’s website and internal portal, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Utilize Approved Messaging Scripts: Follow pre‑written templates and guidelines to ensure consistent, accurate, and brand‑aligned communication.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Identify situations that require higher‑level intervention (e.g., refunds, account changes) and route them to the appropriate specialist team.
  • Log and Categorize Interactions: Tag each chat with the correct internal label and provide concise summaries when requested to support data analysis and trend identification.
  • Maintain Productivity: Manage 2–4 concurrent chats using a simple reputed company browser interface, ensuring quick response times and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors: Seek real‑time assistance from team leads via chat when encountering unfamiliar scenarios or needing clarification on scripts.

Essential Qualifications

  • No prior customer service experience required.
  • No college degree necessary.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per reputed company.
  • Excellent written English with strong grammar and punctuation.
  • Comfortable using a desktop browser, online forms, and basic productivity tools.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop (Windows or macOS) with a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
