Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and user experience of our digital systems. Proactively identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of our digital platforms. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of digital projects. Communicate technical concepts and updates to non-technical team members in a clear and concise manner. Maintain and document system architecture, processes, and procedures for future reference. Provide technical support and training to internal teams on digital systems and platforms. Adhere to industry standards and best practices in digital engineering and security. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate new technologies and features into our digital systems. Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks.
