About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-capitalized, global technology organization operating at the forefront of artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced infrastructure development.

As part of a major investment in next-generation AI capabilities, the company is building a portfolio of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects across Texas. These initiatives are designed to support high-performance computing, advanced analytics, and real-world AI applications.

The organization offers a fast-paced, high-performance environment that values operational excellence, disciplined execution, and the ability to scale complex infrastructure in support of long-term growth.

Due to the nature of this project, additional details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.

The ideal candidate brings strong agency-style instincts, exceptional direct sourcing skills, and the ability to find and engage talent without relying on automated sourcing platforms or inbound applicants. You will independently manage searches from hiring manager intake through verbal offer acceptance across frontline, technical, operational, professional, and leadership positions.

We are looking for a true talent hunter, someone who knows how to find people, build relationships, solve sourcing challenges, and deliver results through creativity, persistence, and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Independently manage assigned requisitions from intake through verbal offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, candidate profiles, priorities, and timelines
  • Build and execute targeted recruiting strategies across a diverse mix of roles
  • Conduct thorough screens covering technical capability, experience, motivation, compensation, and fit
  • Present qualified slates with clear assessments and recommendations
  • Drive candidates through interviews and selection, keeping momentum and decisions moving
  • Support offer development, negotiation, and closing
  • Deliver consistent communication and a positive candidate experience throughout

Direct Sourcing and Pipeline Development

  • Identify and engage active and passive talent through advanced Boolean, Google X-Ray, market mapping, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Apply traditional agency techniques to reach hard-to-find candidates
  • Build pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
  • Source effectively with limited tools and technology resources
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and competitive hiring trends

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
  • Set clear expectations on qualifications, timelines, interview process, and selection criteria
  • Facilitate debriefs and support timely, evidence-based hiring decisions
  • Communicate proactively on progress, challenges, and hiring risks
  • Handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Recruiting Operations

  • Keep candidate and requisition data accurate and current in available systems
  • Track sourcing activity, pipelines, interviews, offers, and outcomes
  • Support weekly recruiting updates and pipeline reviews
  • Identify ways to streamline process and improve hiring efficiency
  • Represent the client’s culture and values professionally in every candidate interaction

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably including agency, executive search, or high-volume recruiting
  • Proven success recruiting across frontline, technical, professional, and leadership roles
  • Advanced Boolean search proficiency, demonstrated expertise or formal certification
  • Track record of recruiting successfully with limited technology or infrastructure
  • Strong agency-style skills: cold outreach, candidate identification, relationship building, and closing
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organization, urgency, accountability, and follow-through
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality around candidate, compensation, and business information

Preferred Experience

  • Agency or executive search background with an emphasis on proactive talent identification
  • Experience recruiting in technology, engineering, operations, construction, infrastructure, security, or related industries
  • Experience balancing high-volume operational hiring with specialized professional searches
  • Startup, entrepreneurial, or rapid-scale environment experience
  • Prior contract recruiting supporting accelerated hiring initiatives
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, and pipeline reporting

What Success Looks Like
Consistently delivering qualified pipelines, earning the trust of hiring managers, and helping the client hit its hiring priorities while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience. The right person adapts quickly, produces results through resourcefulness and strong fundamentals, and represents the organization with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
