Job Description:

  • Research brands, identify prospects, and build targeted lead lists aligned with the ideal customer profile
  • Run high-volume outbound phone calls daily to connect with brands and find relevant points of contact
  • Execute multi-touch outbound sequences through calls, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
  • Clearly articulate influencer advertising solutions and value propositions to prospects
  • Set qualified meetings for Account Executives and help accelerate deals early in the pipeline
  • Track activity in the CRM and consistently hit weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets
  • Attend weekly sales and internal meetings
  • Assist with industry and client research, including marketing campaigns, ad spend, and agency relationships
  • Maintain internal documents, trackers, and sales materials
  • Support the Sales team with ad hoc tasks
  • Coordinate materials, organization, and workflow to meet deadlines
  • Help create decks and one-sheets
  • Assist with client meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and materials
  • Take comprehensive meeting notes and circulate post-meeting recaps

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of BDR/SDR or outbound lead generation experience
  • Agency or marketing environment experience preferred; experience in influencer marketing, paid social, creator partnerships, or PR sales
  • Comfortable making 50+ calls per day
  • Experience running digital outbound sequences, including LinkedIn and email automation
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter mindset, competitive energy, and desire to grow into a closing role
  • Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and hit KPIs consistently
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to accommodate tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience working with advertising clients to understand their business model and campaign objectives, and develop strategies to meet their goals
  • Ability to work remotely, independently, and collaboratively
  • Must be located in the US and able to work PST hours
  • Familiarity with Gsuite, CRM and PM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, and Slack is nice to have
  • Familiarity with outbound automation platforms such as Apollo, Outreach, and SalesLoft is nice to have
  • Previous media, entertainment, publisher, talent, or agency experience is nice to have
